Three Strands, Inc. is a Design- Build, fully licensed and insured, full service remodeling company serving Corvallis, Oregon and surrounding communities.

In 1977, Jim Tevlin started his remodeling business out of a Corvallis garage with a set of carpentry tools, a couple of employees, and a modest vision: to build a company that reflected his values of quality craftsmanship, honest value, friendliness, and ethical business practices.

The following year, Jim created Three Strands, Inc. Today, Jim has built Three Strands into one of the area's largest remodeling companies, serving businesses and homeowners alike.

After nearly 25 years in business, we've learned a few things about change. So we continually strive to improve--to increase our efficiency, lower our costs, learn about new techniques and materials. But the core values that guided us from our beginnings remain unchanged. Those values lie at the heart of who we are.

Our mission has always been and always will be to treat our customers as we would like to be treated, while providing creative yet practical design solutions on time and within budget. This philosophy has helped us thrive all these years. And it is how we plan to continue to grow, to support our families, and most importantly, to be here for you when you need our services again.
